Returns and Refunds Policy

Effective Date: February 28, 2025 At Subduceswwi, we are committed to providing high-quality clinical development consulting services tailored to your needs. This Returns and Refunds Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or adjustments may be provided.

1. Applicability

This policy applies exclusively to consulting services provided by Subduceswwi. As a professional services firm, we do not sell physical products, and therefore, no product returns apply.

2. Service Cancellations

2.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations If you choose to cancel consulting services after a formal engagement has begun (including signed contracts, work initiation, or initial deliverables), refunds may be issued at our discretion, based on the following conditions: Before Work Begins: If cancellation occurs before any work has started, a full refund will be issued. After Work Begins: If work has commenced, you will be charged for all work completed up to the cancellation date, plus any applicable administrative fees. Late Cancellations: If cancellation occurs within 5 business days of a scheduled workshop, consultation, or deliverable, you may be charged up to 50% of the agreed fee. 2.2 Subduceswwi-Initiated Cancellations In the unlikely event that Subduceswwi is unable to fulfill a contracted service, you will be offered: A full refund for any prepaid fees related to unfulfilled work. Or, an option to reschedule or apply your payment to future services.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases: Non-Delivery of Services: If Subduceswwi fails to deliver agreed services due to circumstances within our control. Service Deficiency: If the delivered service is demonstrably incomplete or does not meet the agreed scope of work, and a mutually acceptable resolution cannot be reached. Billing Errors: If you were mistakenly charged for services not received, a full refund will be provided for the incorrect charges.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable: Completed work or deliverables already approved by the client. Consultation sessions, workshops, or strategic meetings that have already taken place. Administrative, processing, or setup fees where applicable. Any third-party expenses incurred on behalf of the client.

Please include: Your full name and company name Date of service Description of the service and reason for the refund request Any supporting documentation (contracts, invoices, etc.) All refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days, and eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval.

This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
